Give your child the gift of a stronger body and a calmer mind. This class offers a fun and non-competitive space for kids to tune into their bodies and minds. Using playful pilates and yoga exercises, we will strengthen core muscles to improve posture and body awareness; essential for growing kids. We'll also practice breathing techniques and calming exercises that help manage stress and improve concentration in and out of class. This class promotes a positive body image and self-esteem by teaching kids to listen to their bodies and appreciate what they can do.
